Acousto-optic Q-Switch(AOQS) (Acousto-optic Q-switches,AOQS) is a class of Q-switches designed for Laser Source Q-switched applications. At the beginning of the pump, by Acousto-optic Q-Switch(AOQS) increasing the Diffraction loss in the cavity, the cavity is in a low Q state, that is, to increase the oscillation threshold, so that the oscillation can not be generated, the number of inversion particles of the upper energy level can be accumulated. When the accumulation reaches the saturation value, when the Diffraction loss is suddenly removed, the loss of the cavity decreases, the Q value increases abruptly, and the Laser oscillation is rapidly established. In a very short period of time, the number of inversion particles on the energy level is consumed and converted into light energy in the cavity, so as to obtain a high-Peak Power giant pulse Laser output. We can provide a variety of Acousto-optic Q-Switch(AOQS), the working Wavelength range covers 310nm-10.6μm. It has the advantages of high transmittance (single transmittance up to 99.6), fast switching speed, strong turn-off ability, high damage threshold and excellent pulse stability. In order to obtain higher Diffraction Efficiency, large aperture Acousto-optic Q-Switch(AOQS) need to inject higher RF power. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt Water Cooling to ensure the heat dissipation of the device.
