| Product Introduction

Acousto-optic Modulator(AOM) (Acousto-optic modulators,AOM) are generally used to vary the intensity of the incident Laser (amplitude modulation) outside the Laser cavity. The modulation mode is determined by the type of RF driver and can be digital (on/off) or analog (sinusoidal, square wave, linear, random...), and the general AOM RF Driver uses a fixed frequency. A key parameter of an AOM is the rise/fall time, which defines the achievable "speed" or amplitude modulation bandwidth of the modulation. The rise/fall time is proportional to the beam diameter of the modulator. The diameter of the incident laser beam must therefore be controlled in order to obtain a fast rise time. We have designed and developed a series of AOMs with a frequency range of up to 300MHz and a rise/fall time as low as 6ns. We can optimize the modulator design according to the modulation speed, Wavelength, power, beam diameter and Extinction Ratio required by customers, and provide customers with efficient modulation technology solutions.
