cesium lithium borate crystal (CsLiBTheOBright!The Noo,CLBO) is a new crystal material with excellent DUV(266nm) Nonlinearity characteristics, which is mainly used in high power Laser Source, micromachining, Optics communication, biomedicine, ultraviolet lidar and other fields.Compared with BBO crystal, CLBO crystal has the advantages of wide spectral range, large temperature tolerance, large receiving angle, small walk-off angle, etc. (see Table 1). Overall, it can achieve better conversion efficiency than BBO crystal, especially in the UV(355nm) band, which is the fourth and fifth harmonic generation crystal of high power Nd:YAG Laser Source.
