potassium titanyl arsenate crystal (KTiOAs O hour, KTA) is an excellent Nonlinear Optical Crystal(NLO) for optical parametric oscillation (OPO). It has excellent Nonlinear Optics and electro-optical coefficient, its Absorption drops sharply in the 2.0 - 5.0 μm band, has a wide angle and temperature bandwidth, and a low dielectric constant. Its lower ionic conductivity makes it have a higher damage threshold than KTP crystals.
