| Product Introduction
Titanium-doped Sapphire crystals (Ti:Sapphire) are widely used in broadband tunable ultrashort wave pulse Laser Source with high output power and high gain. We have advanced temperature gradient (TGT) growth methods, which can provide large-size (diameter 120 x 80mm ²) high-quality Ti:Sapphire crystals with less light scattering and low dislocation density (< 10 ²cm...) and other characteristics. Ti:Sapphire crystal grown by temperature gradient method is grown in [0001] crystal direction and has high doping concentration (α hour cau. the fo=4.0cm.& sup1;) high gain and high LIDT(Laser Induced Damage Threshold).
| Key Benefits
· the tunable wavelength covers the range of 700-1000 nm, making Ti:Sapphire a substitute for dye Laser Source in many applications
· using ultra-thin non-critical Phase matching crystals such as BBO as frequency doubling devices, Ti:Sapphire can generate ultra-short pulse UV(355nm) below 10fs to DUV(266nm) UV(355nm) (up to 193nm) Laser
· Ti:Sapphire is also widely used as the Pump Source of optical parametric oscillation to expand its adjustable range.
